Bulk/Offline Registration:

To upload registration details, first download the sample template file. Save your data in the same format as the sample file (xlsx format). Then, click on “Choose File” button to upload your file in the form.

Also, please compress all your student photos and upload it.

Detailed Steps:

1. Download the excel sheet [Sample Template]

2. Fill and save the file in your system.

3. “Student Pic File Name” – Please entered the student photo file name in the ” field.

Example – If you are going to do a bulk registration for 10 students. Please enter the details as shown in the screenshot. Also, please make sure the file name entered in the column “Student Pic File Name” should exactly match with the photo file provided in the compressed folder. [Please compress all your student photos and upload it]

4. Accomodation – If needed please entered “Y” in the “Accomodation” column. [Accomodation fee – Rs 1000 per student]

5. Calculate the amount and do NEFT to the ac details given in the same page

6. Saved file and NEFT Details share to registration@71ipcchennai.com5

Sample Template


Once you have filled the excel sheet, enclosed all the photos in the zipped folder and mail the files to “registration@71ipcchennai.com”.

Documents to be attached on email:
1. Student details – Please filled the student details as given in the sample template.
2. Enclose all the photos in the zipped folder.
3. NEFT/DD/CHEQUE photo copies to be attached.
